作为市场准入副总监（西区），您将带领团队负责西区区域内的市场准入工作，执行公司市场准入策略并与跨团队密切合作达成区域业务目标。

您的机会

在区域内建立并维护与政府部门及相关智囊机构的良好关系，负责制定和执行区域产品准入策略，为公司产品尽早尽多的进入多层次报销范围。与罗氏区域业务团队配合，确保区域内公司产品医保的顺畅报销。配合公司产品的生命周期管理，在新政策形势下，在区域内为产品争取更好的医保支付政策，及时解决区域内出现的报销风险。维护区域内医疗及卫生技术领域关键客户管理,支持中央及区域准入。带领西区团队与政府和智囊机构开展长期合作项目，跟进分析区域内重要医药政策为业务决策提供支持。负责帮助当地销售市场同事掌握了解相关的政策信息。熟悉了解全国及区域内医保卫生领域所存在的问题和现状，通过与政府的日常沟通，学协会等积极施加影响，为提高公司产品的可及性和可支付性争取最有利的政策环境。管理和辅导团队,培养及带领一支专业的市场准入团队。做好区域预算管理，整合部门内部和部门间资源，实现以目标为导向且有影响力的结果。

期待您

本科及以上 ，医学、药学或相关领域优先考虑。至少拥有8年及以上工作经验，其中至少5年外资企业医保准入工作经验，有团队管理经验优先考虑。具有较强的领导力技能，策略思维，解决问题，创新能力和决策能力。应对复杂环境的独立业务能力具有较强的政策敏锐度，有相关省份政务经验者优先。善于内部及外部人际关系的处理及出色的沟通技巧。良好的工作网络拓展和沟通能力。流利的英语听说读写能力。
