市场经理将负责内容推广活动和产出高品质内容,为上海迪士尼度假区创造额外价值并不断推进大众对于度假区品牌的认知度、美誉度和销售转化。该岗位将和媒体广播平台合作,创造并扩大现有内容合作项目,开发战略市场,探索新的内容推广和合作机会。此岗位将直接汇报给市场总监,并在上海办公。

The Marketing Manager will lead quality promotional campaigns and produce quality marketing materials in order to create additional value for Shanghai Disney Resort & drive brand top-of-mind awareness, affinity and conversion. This role will work closely with media and broadcasting partners to create opportunities to amplify existing campaigns as well as strategically commercialize new promotional programs, domestic and regionally. This position will report to Marketing Director and will be based in Shanghai.

主要职责Key Responsibilities

积极寻求新的内容推广机会和营销计划,以增加上海迪士尼度假区的市场曝光量。            为上海迪士尼度假区建立和维持良好的媒体合作关系,负责外部影视媒体资源拓展,挖掘内容推广的机会,发展与广播、电视和社交媒体相关的推广活动。推动外部营销机会整合,同时协调内部团队做紧密沟通、资源调配,以达成活动落地。               通过制定有针对性和有影响力的推广计划,加强已有内容合作项目影响的范围,不断提升活动创意、执行质量,树立健康品牌形象、捕获消费者心智。进行数据分析,能在复杂情况下,对内外数据(例如生意数据、消费者数据、竞品数据等)进行提取和分析,并以此为公司提供生意发展的计划和可行性建议。Actively seek new promotional opportunities and marketing programs to maximize exposure of Shanghai Disney Resort.Establish the sustainable networking with media partners. Lead to define the content synergy opportunities & manage promotional activations, on-air radio, TV promotions and social media campaigns. Drive holistic integration of both external partners and internal cross line of business, to ensure campaigns on time in full delivery.Extend program reach and exposure by creating targeted and impactful promotional programs, with high quality content to enhance brand health and drive top of mind.Analyze and interpret internal & external data (business, consumer, partners, competitors and etc.) in order to facilitate business decisions and recommendations under complex situation.

资格要求Required Qualifications

拥有8年或以上市场营销或相关工作经验, 接触过媒体及内容营销者优先考虑8 years & above working experience in marketing or relevant industry. Previous experience in media & content marketing is a plus四年制大学学历4 year college degree

拥有扎实的媒体行业知识和洞察,对社交媒体保持持续关注和互动拥有良好的沟通能力,具备突出的谈判技巧和项目展示能力。维持和媒体资源长期健康的合作关系。拥有创新思维,积极探索发展新的内容合作机会。具有优秀的项目管理经验和能力,对计划、执行、回顾负责,帮助项目和任务顺利有效的实现。具有高度合作意识,能高效并积极主动与各团队紧密协作,包括电视媒体、视频媒体、艺人经纪公司、影视剧节目制作方、活动发展部门,数字营销部门,社交媒体,销售,运营部门,娱乐演出部门,创意部门、对外关系部门等。具有主动解决问题和批判性思考的能力,针对变化迅速反应及调整。开放包容,能快速适应企业文化。在工作中,能够熟练使用中英文应对书面和沟通的需求。    Strong media industry knowledge and insight.
