工作内容:

制定并执行上海迪士尼度假区季节性活动的市场计划,包括营销策略、乐园内的体验、消费者互动、社交媒体宣传、活动创意等参与并执行上海迪士尼度假区整合性的市场计划,包括营销策略、乐园内的体验、消费者互动、社交媒体宣传、活动创意等和跨职能团队高效沟通、紧密合作,确保战略方向的一致性;并领导活动的整合与高质量执行项目管理,预算管理

我们希望您:

6年以上相关工作经验四年制大学学历优秀的整合营销能力;拥有品牌管理经历,完整的策划并执行市场营销活动的经历优秀的跨部门合作与沟通能力,需要与跨部门业务团队例如财务、销售、电子业务、娱乐演出、餐饮团队、商品团队、酒店团队及市场部其他团队进行有效沟通和影响具备优秀的中英文书面和口头表达技能,业务写作与演示文稿的能力主人翁意识,具备积极的工作态度并能推进工作进程;具有主动解决问题和批判性思考的能力优秀的项目管理能力与经验,能够有效管理时间,能在快节奏,复杂的业务环境中管理不同优先级的任务

Position Summary:

The Marketing Manager – Marketing will support the development of marketing plans to drive brand awareness, affinity and conversion in order to achieve planned visitation and revenue goals for Shanghai Disney Resort. Partnering with cross functional teams, this role will develop and implement full year marketing campaigns, including seasonal campaigns, as well as co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners. This role will exhibit strong marketing planning, business writing and project management skills to deliver results. In addition, this position will support other Shanghai Disney Resort projects as needed. This position will report to Manager, Marketing and will be based in Shanghai.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and development of marketing plan for seasonal campaigns, including park experience, consumer engagement, social communication plan, campaign creative, etcContribute in planning and development of marketing plan for resort-wide brand level campaigns, including park experience, consumer engagement, social communication plan, campaign creative, etc.Effective communication with cross functional teams to ensure consistent strategic direction and quality delivery of the plan, lead campaign integration and work closely with cross teams on executionProject management and budget management

Desired Qualifications:

6 years above of directly related working experience;4 years college degree;Strong marketing fundamental and IMC planning skills; brand management experience, have developed and executed full cycle of integrated marketing campaigns;Significant collaboration across the organization such as Finance, Sales, Digital Business, Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, Hotel and Marketing partners across all disciplines. Require extensive communication and influence skills across line of business and agencies;Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;Ownership, a can-do attitude and determination to push project progress; proactive problem-solving and critical thinking skills;Strong project management skills with proven experience
