您将负责业务线所分配项目的创意输出；您将发挥独立设计能力，与角色艺术家配合创作图稿并且执行产品设计；您将需要熟悉商品开发流程， 熟知产品工艺及制作细节；您将灵活运用资源，提供设计开发的解决方案；您将参加任务的思考、陈述和执行，跟进创意交付；您将负责任务的质量、时效和效力，与制作团队紧密合作来确保最终艺术成品完成包装要求的制作规格；您将与角色艺术家和产品设计员合作来创造产品设计；您将与创意总监、产品开发、规划和采购团队合作以定义平面设计执行策略和质量；您将与内部和外部团队合作以确保角色的一致性、品牌和创意标准；您将与团队紧密协作，就产品设计开发制作提供专业的修改意见；您将在需要时准备最终艺术成品供供应商制作。

我们希望您：

拥有美术设计相关科系设计学士学位或相当学历，及至少5年以上平面设计经验；拥有专业设计履历，具备平面设计领域突出的技能和经验；具有独立设计能力，能与角色艺术家配合创作图稿并且执行产品设计；具有产品开发经验，熟悉商品开发流程，熟知产品材质、工艺及制作细节；具备良好的口头和书面沟通能力，及一定的演讲陈述能力、组织能力和影响能力；关注细节，并具体突出的灵活性；善于合作，能在充满活力的团队中取得成功；拥有突出的计算机技能，包括熟练使用illustrator和Photoshop以及Word，Excel和PowerPoint；中英双语听说读写流利。

Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer, you provide design solutions and coordination of assigned design projects, including concepts and project documentation as required. You will design and produce art for merchandise at Shanghai Disney Resort for projects across lines of business as assigned, following through all creative deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the creative output of assigned projects or programs across lines of business;Leverage independent design capabilities, and work with Character Artists to create artwork and execute product design;Use resources flexibly to provide design and development solutions;Understand the merchandising development process and be familiar with the production process and details;Work independently in the ideation, presentation, and execution of assignments, following through on creative deliverables;Responsible for the quality, timelines, and effectiveness of assignments, work closely with the Production Team to ensure that final art is completed to manufacturing  specifications for packaging;Collaborate with the Character Artists and Product Designers to create product designs;Partners with the Creative Director, Product Development, Planning and Sourcing teams to define graphics implementation strategy and quality;Collaborate with internal and external coworkers to ensure character consistency, branding, and creative standards ;Work closely with the team and be able to provide professional advice on product design development and execution;Prepare final art, ready for vendor production when required.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design as well as a minimum of 5 years of related experience;A portfolio of professional design work that demonstrates outstanding skills and experience in the graphic design field;Independent design capabilities to work with Character Artists to create artwork and execute product design;Experience in product development and familiarity with merchandising development process as well as product material, process, and production details;Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, organization skills, and ability to influence;Demonstrated ability to be flexible and detail-oriented;Good partnering skills to excel in a dynamic team;Strong computer skills including proficiency in illustrator and Photoshop as well as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;Proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Mandarin and English.
