岗位资格

大学本科及以上学历通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试5年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）具备管理销售团队的经验熟悉保险及金融业务知识较强的沟通协调能力

岗位职责

同辖内网点核心管理人员建立良好关系，深化辖内网点关系，达成既定的团队业绩目标协助渠道负责人完成必要的分行沟通工作分析辖内网点客户特征，合理制定业务规划组织网点客户活动下属销售团队管理，包括活动量、渠道管理、业绩等渠道支持经理的招募、辅导、培训和大单辅导按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作
