The Position

进行数据整理及分析，洞察业务机会和风险，协助区域生态群负责人制定属地化一体化策略，包含学术平台的搭建和资源布局、准入与安全运营、创新平台和患者可支付性的提升等所有和提升诊疗水平和患者全程管理相关的举措。负责生态群内各平台和项目的协同，确保资源的有效实施和整合，最大化资源使用效率合理布局患者解决方案团队的工作重点，支持到生态圈负责人的各项关键任务的落地实施对接圈外（总部）的医学/法务合规/准入/市场/培训等跨部门，建立沟通和合作机制，确保生态圈内外部的及时精准的传递负责团队管理和人员辅导，不断促进团队的工作效能，打造敏捷的工作氛围和方式

能力要求：

成长性思维和快速学习能力具备业务敏锐度和市场洞察、规划能力优秀的沟和资源整合能力合作伙伴及大客户管理能力团队管理或无职权情况下的团队管理经验8年以上医药行业工作经验，本科及以上学历（医学、药学、市场相关更优）
