Job DescriptionPlant performance analysis for BP, MBR, CF analysis including variance analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysisPresentation to central and local management for plant performance and lead type cost trackingPlant costing (PPC calculation and SAP standard costing maintain, overhead controlling)Lead type unit cost controlling and RPP measures trackingPlant measures verification, VSPDCA tracking, recommendation for management proposalsProject calculation / Quotation (EVOB, investment calculation, make or buy etc.)Budgeting and controlling of plant ( cost center budget, HC, investment etc..)Analysis for plan/actual/target for MAT related KPIsMaterial variance tracking and analysisMaterial master dataControlling process improvement and digitalization

QualificationsAt least Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldMore than 3 years plant controlling  related experienceDigital skill e.g excel, Power BI, Power Query, Access, python etc.SAP CO model knowledgeGood interpersonal and communication skillsGood English both oral and written skill
