工作职责：

作为专职讲师，为合作学校学生，维保实习生、新员工及其他现有工地人员讲授课程，包括教师理论课及实操培训；根据员工及实习生的不同技能水平，参与并协助设计、更新培训课程和相关培训模块内容，以满足技能培训要求；培训教材及相关材料的开发和更新；保证培训质量并持续改进，为一线提供合格的学生，达到OTA  MFA目标要求；

资质要求：

8年以上从事扶梯行业工作经验,有奥的斯工作经验者优先考虑；具有基本保养，调整工作经验，具备很强的故障处理及大修能力良好的沟通能力及执行力；熟知电梯国家法规及工地安全，维保流程；熟练使用各办公软件。
