担当製品は、デュポンのインターコネクトソリューション事業の製品です。主に電子・産業関連の主要顧客をマネジメントし、顧客とエンドユーザーに技術的なソリューションを提供します。
またインターコネクトソリューション市場における商業的および開発的な機会に関する販売プロジェクトを特定し開発していきます。

【担当業務】

• 日本の技術チームと連携し、日本および海外進出する日系企業の顧客に対してアカウントマネジメントを行う。

• 主要顧客、電子・産業の顧客、またはエンドユーザーの技術とニーズを深く理解する。

• 顧客のニーズを満たすために、製品・用途の技術的知識とインサイトを活用し、メタライゼーション、リストン(ドライフィルム)、およびパッケージポリマー製品を推進・販売する。

• サポートを得るために、ビジネス開発チーム、プロダクトマネージャー、R&D技術チーム、品質チームなどの関連するグローバルチームとコミュニケーションを取りサポートを得て、プロジェクトを推進する。

• 新しいビジネスを開発するために、重要顧客とのネットワーキングとマーケットトレンドを通じて、潜在的なニーズを理解し販売活動の優先順位を付ける。

・学部卒以上
・電子産業に直接関連する技術・セールス/マーケティングの経験 3年以上
・新製品の商業化、導入、販売の経験
・PCスキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)
・ビジネスレベルの英語及び日本語スキル
・最大50%の出張に対応できる

Position Purpose: 

Primarily responsible to manage Key Account for sales promoting Products, Metallization, Riston(dry film) and Packaging Polymer and providing technical solution to electronic/industrial related customers or end users for Interconnect Solutions in Japan and Landed Japan Operation (LJO). Identify and develop selling projects around commercial and developmental opportunities for Interconnect Solution market.

 

Position Responsibilities 

Works with Japan technical team for the assigned Japan/LJO customers to achieve forecasted growth.

Demonstrates a deep understanding of technology and needs of key accounts and electronic/industrial related customers or end users

Manages all aspects of the selling/technical service process.

Identify potential opportunities and prioritize sales activities to develop new business through networking with key accounts and market trend.

Communicates with the relevant global teams - business development team, product manager, R&D tech team, quality team, etc. to get support and drive projects.

Administers sales/technical service policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.

Manage customers and surrounded relationships: key accounts and electronic/industrial related customers.

Manages and builds relationships with multi-functional and multi-layer in customer organization.

Ensuring all competitive activities within accounts, relative markets and preventing attrition.

Establish professional, long-term relationships with key influencers across the value chain and leverage those appropriately to achieve outcomes.

Translate critical technical customer information (needs/values) into opportunities for DuPont.

Promotes and sells Metallization, Riston(dry film) and Packaging Polymer products with technical knowledge and market insight in products and applications for customer needs.

Monitors demand and sets appropriate forecast for key accounts with utilizing market situation and VOC.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and above. Degree in Technical, Sales & Marketing role for >3 years, or other related work which are directly connected to Electronics industry is mandatory

Demonstrated customer focus, acting with a high sense of urgency.

Demonstrated ability to work with and understand customer needs and issues.

Experience in commercializing, introducing and selling new products.

Computer skills including keyboard aptitude, word processing, presentation software, spreadsheet and communications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

Team cooperative mind, interpersonal and communication skills

Must possess fluency to converse, read, and write in both English and Japanese languages. Chinese language skills are preferred
