Job Description

1.Handle, Track, and Implement product quality complaints. 处理,跟踪,落实产品质量投诉事件。

2.Initial analysis of customer claim on failed products, collecting necessary information/parts/evidence. 对客户投诉的故障产品做初步分析,收集必要的信息/零件/证据。

3. Ensure claims to be registered&transmitted internally, updated and closed in claim system in time 保证产品投诉信息及时登记和传递到内部,更新及关闭。

4.Regular statistical analysis of complaint data 定期统计分析投诉数据。

5. Initiate quality report and work closely with problem solving team in domestic or oversea plant. 发起质量报告, 并且能紧密的与国内外工厂质量分析小组一起工作。

Qualifications

1. University graduated, major in hydraulics or mechanics. good hydraulic knowledge 液压或机械专业本科毕业,扎实的液压理论基础。

2. At 3 years machinery manufacturing working experience(production, quality, Service),hydraulices experience is more welcome; 三年以上机械制造工作经验(生产,质量,服务),熟悉液压元件优先;

3. Have strong communication skills and coordination skills. 有很强的沟通能力及协调能力。4. Familiar with quality problem solving tools,Preferable quality controlling/management experience in manufacturing plant 熟悉质量问题解决工具,有质量管控管理经验的优先。

5. Good English reading and communication skills 具有良好的英文阅读和沟通能力。

6. ERP system experience, SAP experience is more welcome; 有ERP系统经验,熟悉SAP优先。
