Your Key Responsibilities

Technical:

- Material development of friction linings

- Process development through to series production

- Creation of specifications for the production of friction materials

- Customer support in application technology

- Characterization of friction materials and raw materials

- Yarn production and development of yarns

- Production support for trials, evaluation, implementation of optimization

- Collaboration in the maintenance of SAP data

Organizational:

- Project management and documentation of development projects

- Collaboration on D-FMEA, P-FMEA

- Assistance with monitoring and creating patents

Your Qualifications

- At least 4 years of university education (chemical or process engineering, mechanical engineering)

- 3-5 years working experiences in automotive industry or similar area

- Knowledge of basic Q-methods (DOE, FMEA, statistical methods)

- Good knowledge of Chinese &English, and German is preferred
