If so, this is the role for you. As Sales and marketing Training Staff you will be responsible for the deployment of the new Multi-Channel Marketing guidelines and action plans within the business. You will also drive the Multi-Channel Marketing strategies within sales and marketing to create an outstanding customer experience. These responsibilities include some of the following: Work with the Brand owners and drive the implementation of the Multi-Channel Marketing (MCM) strategies with a cross functional team Lead the implementation of the low-cost promotions and seamlessly integrate it into the MCM ways of working Raise the multi-channel marketing capabilities and implement noncomplex best practice process and ways of working within the team Consider all options to promote brands through primary and secondary care areas Make the team fit for future, ensure sign off, and embed within the team at the end of the contract Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree MCM/digital qualification 1+ years’ experience within a marketing environment Experience working with MCM programs Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience working with MCM programs, preferably in Pharma and/or Consumer fields Experience in online /digital marketing activities Ability to work within tight timeframes in a complex business unit / structure with agreed objectives, milestones, and timelines Ability to build relationships and influence without authority Understand the necessity of metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate and optimize the performance of channels and campaigns Proven ability to demonstrate a high level of change agility, flexibility, and creativity/innovation Why GSK?
