About the Role

新机构储备招聘岗位:
1、招聘范围:营销员渠道业务发展、新人发展、人力发展、业务推动、业务行政方向;
2、招聘职级:上述方向的职能负责人岗位、业务执行岗位;
3、工作地点:【并非】友邦人寿总部所在地【上海】,具体地点为将根据公司当前战略扩张计划及人选个人意向定岗后确定。

岗位职责:

1、负责统筹营销员渠道策略规划,业绩推动,营销员业务品质和销售行为管理;

2、基于对环境和新人的洞察,结合公司新人发展体系,制定新人发展规划,确保新人在不同的发展阶段均能及时获得有效的成长支持,助力新人绩效目标的实现;

3、负责分公司的客户经营分析和策略规划,依托线上和线下平台牵头客户经营活动,统筹孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发,同时搭建和推动分公司荣誉体系,并规划和落实营销推动方案;根据分公司业务节奏,落实公司产品和价值主张的推动策略,通过多种形式提升营销员的产品和服务营销能力;

4、负责组织及举办新人面试、事业说明会,主讲事业说明会和主持人才引荐,推动、追踪新人留存和主管晋级及组织相关活动;

5、支持营销渠道的业务发展管理;提供全面、准确、专业的业务管理支持、营业数据管理分析以及业务行政服务支持。

岗位要求:

1、本科或以上学历,职能负责人具备10年左右相关工作经验,业务执行岗位具备5年以上相关工作经验;

2、人选需具备系统的业务管理结构、保险经营环境知识、业务培训及资源管理技能;

3、具备优秀的分析和决策能力、卓越的沟通和演讲技巧及扎实的项目管理技巧将作为加分条件。
