岗位职责：
1.    主导服务智能体全链路体验设计,包括从策略到关键方案产出，为最终产品体验和经营动作负责
2.    深入理解业务，关注数据及用户反馈和洞察，提供具备优质产品体验的智能体整体场景方案
3.    能结合用户、经营、数据的全面思考，协同跨职能团队制定智能体场景设计策略，驱动落地并助力业务增长
4.    结合体验结果、可用性测试、用户及产品功能数据变化，制定面向用户的服务体验决策，优化服务模式。

任职要求：
1.    3年以上体验设计及用户研究经验，有成功案例，全链路式的产品设计能力(侧重场景):；
2.    用户体验相关专业本科及以上学历；
3.    有较强的学习能力，对移动端、PC端流行的交互方式、用户体验设计有经验及兴趣；
4.    了解AI大模型、智能体，有创新/创意；
5.    善于沟通，有较强的逻辑性，良好的呈现及表达能力。
