We are seeking a talented and proactive Financial Analyst and Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. This role involves not only providing in-depth financial analysis but also acting as a strategic partner to various business units. Key Responsibilities:
-Financial Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
Evaluate financial performance, trends, and forecasts.
-Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
Work collaboratively with business units to ensure alignment with financial goals.
-Strategic Business Partnership:
Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges.
Act as a strategic partner by providing financial insights and recommendations.
-Performance Metrics and KPIs:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
-Financial Modeling:
Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Analyze the potential financial impact of various scenarios.
-Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
Communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
-Cross-functional Collaboration:

-Risk Management:
Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
- Master degree & above with overseas experiences, commercial related background
- 2-5 years Financial or controlling related experience, Proven experience as a Financial Analyst with exposure to business partnering.
- Advanced English, additional language skills (preferable German) are a plus
- Mobile (nationally and internationally)
