Job Description

What does JMP, the individualized program offer?

You will need to firstly deep dive into HC China business (E2E processes) including manufacturing, sales and commercial scope, set up network and collaboration model with business management and users, meanwhile understand current BDO internal information. At the same time, have an overview about Global HC BDO scope in details. Based on all info collected and consolidated, make business analysis from time to time, design digital landscape and propose implementation priorities etc. together with management team.

Qualifications

- Master degree in Information Technology relevant area
- 1-5 years working experience, Minimum 2 years of experience in digital relevant and/or business analysis projects, preferred with trading/sales organization experience
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills, and able to explain complex ideas/concepts with clear logic and accuracy
- Language:High English language proficiency level
