業務流程分析經理 Business Analysis Manager
Conduct interview with users from various departments, gaining an in-depth understanding of business operations, and collecting and analyzing user needs. 

           訪談各部門使用者,深入了解業務運作,收集並分析使用者需求。

Assist with project transformation plans and provide professional insights to ensure new processes and systems meet business needs. 

           協助專案轉型計劃,提供專業見解,確保新流程與系統滿足業務需求。

Consolidate and document business processes and identify potential improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 

          彙整業務流程並建檔,識別潛在改進點,以增進效率和效能。

Develop new business process steps to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies. 

           制定新的業務流程步驟,確保其與公司目標和策略相符。

Work closely with technical teams to define system requirements and ensure they are aligned with business processes. 

           與技術團隊密切合作,定義系統需求,並確保其與業務流程一致。

Assist in the execution of test plans to ensure proper implementation of new processes and systems. 

          協助執行測試計劃,確保新流程和系統的正確實施。

Provide training and support to ensure smooth transition to new business processes. 

           提供培訓和支援,以確保使用者能夠順利過渡到新的業務流程。

At least 5 years of experience in business process analysis or related field.

           至少5年業務流程分析或相關領域的工作經驗。

Excellent interviewing and requirements gathering skills, able to understand the actual needs of users. 

           出色的訪談和需求收集技能,能夠理解使用者的實際需求。

Have experience in business process modeling and documentation, and be familiar with process optimization methods. 

           具備業務流程建模和文件化的經驗,熟悉流程優化方法。

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. 

           能夠獨立工作,同時能夠有效地與跨職能團隊協作。

Have analytical and problem-solving abilities and be able to quickly identify and resolve challenges in business processes. 

           具備分析和問題解決的能力,能夠快速識別並解決業務流程中的挑戰。

Familiar with the project management process and able to deliver high-quality work on time. 

           熟悉專案管理流程,能夠按時交付高品質的工作。

Good communication skills, able to clearly communicate business needs and process changes. 

           良好的溝通能力,能夠清晰地傳達業務需求和流程變更。
