银保业务行政管理岗
岗位职责：
开展基础管理、业务分析、定期追踪企策划方案追踪，督导业务竞赛的达成情况，有重点的进行指标追踪负责分公司银保内外部业绩报表统计制作，定期发布业务分析报告负责银保业务人员(渠道支持人员)管理工作，包括协助人员招募入离职流程、基本法考核，绩效、薪资核定计算及发放负责渠道费用管理，银行协议管理及手续费支付，完成时点存款、资本保证金等各类存款的申请与办理等，编制VEA使用报表，分析费用使用情况支持推进与合作银行的系统对接工作，协助业务人员(渠道支持人员)顺利完成出单流程根据分公司运营制度及流程，完成保单运营各个环节的支援工作，尤其在保单核保、单证管理环节的支持根据公司和部门要求，完成定期和临时的各项内外部系统和运营相关报告执行主管安排的其他任务反欺诈管理岗
岗位职责：
承接总部反渗透、反欺诈管理策略，统筹管理分公司反渗透与反欺诈工作，收集分公司所辖范围内的反欺诈信息及案例，撰写相关分析报告，提出改进建议向营销员及客户解释说明理赔专业结论，处理理赔纠纷协谈，通融理赔的跟进指导渠道/客户照会理赔问题件处理，提供专业咨询和疑难解答（营服/客服柜台处理咨询）在总部督导下协助理赔案件调查处理、理赔诉讼支持 ，提供反欺诈/理赔专业培训业务培训岗
岗位职责：
参与NPA、NPC、NPL等培训项目的授课及支持，并根据课程反馈不断完善培训课程，确保与课程相关的关键指标达成了解学员需求，设计及更新课程及班务操作结构，确保培训效果的达成督导机构执行CHO颁布的各项培训管理制度，确保合规协助做好各项培训的效果反馈，收集整理各项反馈数据，分析总结并提出合理化建议，促进培训技能提升配合机构培训规划完成培训课程及授课安排，确保依规划执行提供日常行政支持（如物料、会议管理、文件拟编等），确保各项培训顺利进行为满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务。Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
