客户管理
1. 与关键客户建立良好的信息沟通渠道, 探寻医疗卫生专业人士(HCP)观念、学术需求
2. 传递专业化医学/疾病/产品信息
学科建设
1. 了解医院现有疾病领域诊疗路径及专家诊疗观念及流程
2. 梳理相关治疗科室及诊疗流程上的痛点
3. 通过搭建头部医院交流或跨院培训、教育会议进行医生/科室教育
计划管理
1. 组织和支持区域专家会议
2.了解医生观念、需求、会议安排;制定会议及覆盖计划;执行会议计划;回访收集反馈
3. 按公司规定合理制定预算,并按计划实施完成,确保资源的合理和有效利用
规范诊疗与疾病全程管理
1. 推动专家的诊疗观念及行为转变,实现规范化诊疗
2. 和患者解决方案经理协同合作,关注并推动疾病领域全程管理和治疗方案优化
自我管理和团队协作
1. 成为产品和疾病领域的专家
2. 对团队新成员提供辅导和支持
3. 主动地与生态圈内外团队成员进行合作和分享,以整合资源,提升团队能力。
