您的主要职责 负责混动变速箱和模块设计，包括 3D 模型、2D 图纸和 BOM。

Be responsible for hybrid transmission and module design, including 3D model, 2D drawing and BOM.

负责尺寸链的计算。Be responsible for the tolerance calculation 定义仿真边界条件并向 CAE 团队提供仿真输入。分析 CAE 报告以进行设计优化。Define the simulation boundary condition and provide simulation input to CAE team. Analysis the CAE report for the design optimization. 支持生产和测试。根据流程和测试结果进行优化。Support producing and testing. Optimize according to process and test result. 管理 APQP/PPAP 和产品开发文档。Manage APQP/PPAP and product development document. 您的任职资格

-     具有汽车或机械背景的本科及以上学历。

Bachelor’s degree or above with automotive or mechanical background

-     英语熟练（口语和书面），德语优先。Proficient in English (both oral and written), Germany a plus.

-     熟悉Creo/ProE 或其他 3D 软件。Expert in Creo/ProE, or other 3D software.

-     态度积极主动，工作努力，有团队合作精神。Proactive attitude, hardworking & teamwork player.

-     出色的沟通技巧。Outstanding communication skill.

-     学习能力强，愿意深入研究某一个领域。Quick learner, willing to deep dive into business.
