岗位资格

大专及以上学历通过公司和监管要求的相关培训及资格认证考试3年以上市场营销经验（有银行保险经验者优先录用）；无工作经验者，可以按渠道支持经理0级录用熟悉保险及金融业务知识较强的沟通协调能力

岗位职责

同网点职员建立良好关系，维护网点关系，达成既定的个人业务目标组织网点培训和执行各类客户活动协助理财经理达成既定的业绩目标为网点提供客户分层管理专业意见辅导网点理财经理完成保单销售和客户服务按公司规定参加培训及会议，完成活动量管理工作
