Your Key Responsibilities RFQ support, customer input analysis and proposal recommendation, EDD prepare and release Design work at sample and serial phase, drawing & model handling, EDD/EDS/EDP, etc. Communication with production / design in Europe Support on RPA Support product line activities Support technical and prototype supplier development Support VAVE Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality Support and take initiatives on MOVE Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security Support on Environmental Management Support on internal control Your Qualifications Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical design or related At least 5 years mechanical design experience in Automotive industry At least 3 years mechanical design experience in ball screw drive, knowledge of braking system is a plus Strong demonstrated proficiency with Pro/E Solid knowledge of mechanical/mechatronics Skilled speaking & writing English
