Job Description

1、Define procedure and process in logistics planning function

      定义物流计划流程及操作的标准

2、Coordinate process confirmation in logistics planning function for planner team.

      组织协调计划组进行物流计划操作流程确认

3、BBM standard system implementation and performance monitor in logistics planning area, like SAP, etc.

      SAP等计划相关BBM标准系统导入及运行情况监管

4、CIP in planning business and system process

      物流计划业务及系统流程的持续改善

5、Be responsible for on-board training to new planners, and regular training to all planners.

      负责新入职的计划员上岗培训，及定期对所计划员进行计划技巧的培训

6、Support SAP key user and end user for SAP incidence

      帮助SAP关键用户和终端用户解决日常问题

Other Tasks:

7、Support KPI management of logistics planning function.

      支持物流计划KPI管理

8、Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

      完成主管分配的其它任务

9、Participate BBM IT projects as plant business and system specialist in logistics planning area.

      作为工厂业务及系统专家参与汽车事业部的物流计划领域IT项目

Qualifications

Bachelor degree本科以上学历

More than 3 years logistics planning experience in Automotive products industry, min 1 years experience in logistics planning SAP key user. 三年以上有关汽车部件产业的物流计划工作经验，至少一年物流计划SAP关键用户

1. be familiar with SAP logistic and operation in logistics planning related module

 熟悉物流计划相关模块的SAP逻辑及操作

2. fully understand whole planning process in Automotive Products industry 完全掌握汽车行业的计划运作流程

3.Fluent in English, both written and oral
