您的主要职责

-Management of the Segment Quality Team (quality project planning, customer complaint handling, quality production)
-Maintain and improve the quality management system in the assigned area (together with production principals)
-Maintain the quality communication channel with customer, React on customer’s request, handling customer complaint
-Drive continuous improve in terms of process flow, inspection method, Poka yoke and process capability.

您的任职资格

-Technical engineering degree, minimum Bachelor
-At least 8 years work experience in the quality function of automobile industry, minimum 3+ years work experience as supervisor (3+ years on management level preferred)
-Knowledge of common customer quality requirements (PPAP, APQP, VDA…)
-Fluent oral and written English for communication with customers, Schaeffler worldwide and suppliers
