Main Tasks:
主要任务
- Assist production engineer to ensure that the shift production is in compliance with the operating procedures, the production plan and the instructions from the Production supervisor / Plant Manager.
协助生产工程师确保轮班生产运行符合公司操作程序、遵循生产计划及生产主管、装置经理的工作安排。
- Makes the hand-over to the next shift supervisor on hand of a written shift report.
记录并移交准确的翻班记录。
- Decides on appropriate measures in emergency cases during production period.
在生产过程中遇到紧急状况时采取适当的处理措施。
- Supervises that occupational safety, health and environmental regulations are followed on the shift.
生产过程中确保职业安全卫生及环保的各项规范及要求。
- Reports needs for repair and assists maintenance team for further corrective actions.
及时报告维修需求，协助维修团队进行相应维修工作。
- Executes additional special tasks, as delegated by the Supervisor or Plant Manager.
执行主管或装置经理指派的其他工作安排。

Requirements:
要求
- Working Experience: More than 3-5 years in chemical industry
工作经验：化工行业3-5年从业经验。
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Chemical process/mechanical, experience in chemical production & EHS (continuous running plant).Operation of SAP、MS Office.
技术及专业知识：化工工厂（连续性生产尤佳）化工生产及EHS经验，会操作SAP 、MS Office。
- Education: Diploma major in Chemical or engineering.
教育背景：化学或工程类专业大专学历。
