The Position

Develop and implement marketing strategies.  Optimize resources in promotional programs to achieve sales targets.

 

Tasks & ResponsibilitiesEquipped with sound businss acument and vigrous assessment skill to create strategic brand and business plan. Accordingly, translate strategy to action with well connected PDCA paradigm  Champion strategy to communicate with front-line operational team, shaping a winning culture with high spirit in the organization. If needed. provide timely update/ training to team for promotion activity.Distill from market and customer undersntanding to produce communication contents with high quality.Knowledgeable and skillful in digital instruments deployment to expand share-of-voice in a manner of cost-efficiency.Collaborate with cross functional team, inclusive of Medical and Market access, turning out to identify KEE (Key-External-Expert) and create engagement plan to win advocacy.Savvy on budget use and control to realize business maximizationStrong execution and leadership is required

 

RequirementsBachelor degree and above, in the domain of Business Management, Life-science/ Pharmacy or the like.With 3 to 5 years of experience in front line customer-facing-role is preferredPrior experience as a Manager is a plusMBA degree/ certificate is a plus.Fluency in English communication is a plus
