Your Key Responsibilities 负责e-LSD（电子限滑差速器）产品开发需求管理，推动功能、硬件、软件等领域需求落地 负责e-LSD各功能子系统需求影响分析，拉通上下游并准确识别系统方案的影响 负责e-LSD的系统及各功能子系统方案的技术可行性评估，制定系统方案 协调软、硬件开发团队，推动方案优化 制定e-LSD 系统层级DPR，参与e-LSD系统试验调试，在测试工程师支持下完成系统测试 深度参与e-LSD产品策略制定，与客户端、供应商端、研发及生产等进行协同，以确定和改进架构和系统方案设计 负责e-LSD产品的需求管理，变更管理，风险管理，Lesson learn经验库搭建等 Your Qualifications 具备e-LSD或类似产品系统开发至量产的经验，从事相关产品开发5年以上 了解整车及动力总成硬件架构及EE架构，了解整车通讯协议（CAN, Flexray, SOME/IP, TCP/UDP），熟悉车载执行器控制系统原理 机械/电气工程/自动化/车辆工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历 具有较强的学习能力和团队合作能力，良好的沟通表达和组织协调能力
