Job Description

The Team Leader will lead a team of engineers in the development of motor technologies. This role involves managing projects from conception through to production, ensuring that all designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Project Management: Oversee multiple R&D projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.Research and Development: provide technical solutions according to internal or external customer requirement. Lead the problem solvingDesign and Testing: Supervise the design, prototyping, and testing of motor systems, ensuring they meet performance specifications and regulatory requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure successful product development.Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, helping to solve complex engineering problems.Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of designs, testing procedures, and results, maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;
 Experience: 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering development field, motor experience is a plus.
  Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of motor design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes; proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
  Leadership Skills: ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
