SOFT SKILLS and EDUCATION

Strong leadership capabilities. Inter-cultural experience, good communication and team-player skills. Good command of both spoken and written English. Familiar with standard Software tools. Highest business ethics and conduct. Your Qualifications Bachelor degree or above in engineering 3+ years’ experience in a similar position at MNC from automotive industries, familiar with project purchasing procedures and practices Good negotiation skill, basic program management knowledge Familiar with manufacturing processes and technologies of the Automotive EV/HEV Industry such as traction motor components, inverter and other eDrive sub-system.
