Job DescriptionTechnical support to ensure eAlxe manufacure process implements well to ensure the prodution efficiency and quality;Jointly with TEF team make DFMA and optimize the process towards high qulity, low cycle time.Assembly process defition and Process optimizaiton;Quality monitoring and improvement;

QualificationsAutomotive engineering, electrics/electronics engineering or physics (Master’s degree and above)Power electronics education or eAxle related work experience preferredGood understanding of EM, Gear box, and eAxle wheel system;Experience in the automotive development (requirements engineering, architecture, manufacture experience) preferredKnowledge and experience of QM-system, 5 Q-tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP)Fluent English language skillsGood teamwork, creative mind and self motivated
