About the Role

Responsible for performing general accounting activities to ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of accounting records, and the compliance with accepted accounting standards, AIA group reporting policy and statutory and regulatory requirements

1、组织管理

组织推动分公司各部门统计业务制度的建立和落实；组织协调各部门和支公司落实监管统计数据质量管理工作，如：检核规则设计、日常监控，以及问题整改等；负责协调各部门和支公司按时完成监管统计数据的收集、编制、报送和管理；负责维护梳理分公司《监管数据常规报送清单》；负责协调解决争议，如：报告主办部门确认，数据提供部门确认，统计口径解读等；负责落实分公司统计台账登记管理和存在问题的整改；及时学习了解当地监管部门新的政策和要求，组织落实分公司监管统计以及数据治理相关的学习培训工作；组织开展对分公司各部门的监管统计管理、考评和检查工作；统筹组织应对当地监管机构的检查、问询、沟通和报备等工作。

2、监管统计报送

组织分公司各部门对监管报告的研究与解读；基于业务条线分工和指标数据认责操作指引，指定指标及报告属主部门；组织协调各部门对监管报送口径进行深度剖析，明确业务口径、取数逻辑；推动各Data Owner制定符合监管要求的数据质量校验规则；组织对不同报告的同类指标数据进行一致性、完整性的复核；统计数据应用：推进监管统计数据的分析应用，实现数据价值。
