Job Description

Local Authorization Coordinator            

Work as 1st contact window in ME-CN to support SAP authorization relevant issue, and be responsible for SAP authorization training.Be responsible for plant SAP role data layer.Be responsibe for SAP role deployment, assignment and role concept coordination, in SAP project and role concept roll out.AIM complian for non SAP applicationSupport „Accessmet management“ relevant data input in LeanIX for local developed application.Support ME-CN requirement for local application accessment management.Fulfil BBM AIM and ME/Org task, for IDM intergration of local application.Coordinate recertification of „Assigned access right“. For example: Yearly CARDIO checkCoordinate BBM AIM deployed task for access management compliance. Regular check: Mover, Share point, file share...Attend regular ME/Org and BBM AIM team, for information exchange, asking support, task follow up...Other task assigned by department.

Qualifications

Education:

Min. bachelor’s degree (informatics, logistics, economic, or similar) or similar experience

Working Experience:    

Min. bachelor’s degree (informatics, logistics, economic, or similar) or similar experience.Has working experience with SAP as user or key user.Know about application development tool and has interest with application support on access management.Have good experience with  coordination

Knowledge/Skills:    

Soft skill: communication, English speaking and writing, presentation,Task management:  good at follow up, self driven and stick to time schedule, work in both local and global networkMindset: Open with challange, creative thinking and initiate solutionSAP: Know about authorization concept and basic concept with authorization management.
