职位介绍:

作为上海迪士尼度假区运营安全和食品安全的关键技术资源支持和团队管理者,负责公司运营及食品安全管理体系的开发、实施落实和维护,并协助部门总监进行团队的管理。这个角色需要提供日常指导, 领导监督, 指导和培养食品安全团队成员在各自领域执行相关安全程序。这个角色需要使用良好的技术判断执行,以及领导他人识别、评估、分析和解决上海迪士尼度假区广泛的多元化的安全问题。

工作内容:

结合迪士尼全球和本地相关安全规范、标准和最佳实践,开发和实施上海迪士尼度假区,包括餐饮、商品及相关运营团队和第三方的运营安全和食品安全政策、管理体系和程序。        领导其下属的安全团队成员指引和支持相关运营团队及第三方等正确执行上海迪士尼度假区运营安全及食品安全程序;组织或指导各部门对发生的运营和食品安全事件/事故,进行事故调查分析,提供安全技术解决方案组织或指导运营安全、食品安全培训、宣传以持续提升演职人员和第三方员工的安全意识和安全文化。分析公司和各个部门的相关安全数据,安全事故及审核绩效趋势,针对趋势提出相应的改进措施和方案;和各个部门紧密合作,对相关运营团队及第三方进行安全评估、审核和检查,发现安全隐患,提出相应的安全控制措施并支持实施;建立和迪士尼全球安全团队、当地政府部门、行业协会和公司各相关部门及第三方的良好关系和日常沟通,确保并持续增进和各个部门的良好合作。从行政许可、日常监管及消保事件处理等方面保障度假区安全运营,树立行业标杆。管理安全团队成员日常工作,支持和指导安全团队成员的持续发展。持续了解行业相关趋势、最新技术和迪士尼全球及当地的安全标准,必要时能够解决复杂的除建立法规之外的问题。负责年度食品安全相关预算的规划及合理使用。协助上级领导安排的其他安全相关工作。

15年以上的食品相关领域的行业安全管理经验,要求主题乐园/餐饮/零售/生产/酒店,或第三方认证/审核经验等。

Welcome to the Security, Safety, Fire and Health Service Team

As an expert in security, safety, fire and health services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of the entire resort. You will design safety protocols, formulate strategies and guarantee that guests can enjoy a safe and magical experience. Throughout the implementation process, you will collaborate closely with frontline cast members, upholding industry-leading standards and effectively executing safety plans.

Job Summary:

Serve as the key technical resource and team leader, is responsible for the development, implementation and sustainment of key food safety management system of Shanghai Disney Resort, and assist Department Director in team management. This role is required provide the day-to-day direction, leadership oversight, feedback and development to the food safety team in the implementation and sustainment of key safety programs for their designated business.This role is required to use sound technical judgment to perform and lead others in the identification, assessment, analysis and solving of a broad spectrum of safety issues across a diverse group of Shanghai Disney Resort.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and implement operation and food safety policies, management systems and programs for Shanghai Disney Resort, cover F&B, Merchandise, other relevant Line of Businesses and 3rd party vendors according to Disney global standards, local regulations and best practices.Lead safety team members to oversee and support daily safety operation of all relevant LoBs and 3rd party vendors to ensure compliance to SHDR safety standards.Organize or support LOBs in the investigation and analysis of operation safety and food safety incidents, and provide safety technical solutions; and make relevant safety Tips and safety promotion.Organize or support operational safety and food safety training and communication to continuously improve cast members and 3rd party employees’ safety awareness and safety culture.Analyze SHDR and LOB safety indicators, the trend of safety statistics and audit results, and propose safety improvement solution/plan.Work closely with the LOBs to conduct safety assessment, audit and inspection to relevant LOBs and 3rd parties, identify safety hazard and mitigations, and support implementation of safety mitigations.Establish and maintain good relationships and communication with Disney global safety team, local government and associations, SHDR LOBs and 3rd parties, to ensure and enhance smooth cooperation with all parties. Ensure the safe operation of the resort through administrative permitting, daily supervision, and handling of guest complains and incidents, and set SHDR as industry benchmark.Manage safety team members daily work, guide and support team members’ continuous development.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, Disney standards and local regulations, be able to resolve complex issues outside of established regulations.Plan and monitor use of food safety related budgets.Assist in other safety related work assigned by leader.

What To Bring:

15 + years of industrial safety management experience required in food related field (theme park/F&B/retail/manufacturing/hospitality), or third party certification/audit experience etc.

Hold a bachelor degree or higher in food safety, food science, public health, industrial hygiene, occupational health, or related fields.

Knowledge of local and international relevant regulatory and industry standards and best practices

Demonstrated ability to use analytics and identify trends

Self-driven and resourceful professional with the ability to solve problems outside area of expertise

Demonstrated flexibility and ability to operate within an ambiguous and changing environment

Proven Chinese and English written, verbal and presentation skills

Demonstrated strong consultative and influencing skills

Ability to resolve conflicts and diffuse difficult situations

Proven project management experience

Proven strong planning, organization and prioritization skills

Proven experience in training delivery
