工作职责
1. 负责联想智能云（xCloud）生态管理和战略客户管理
2. 负责根据业务目标发展需要和用户需求，制定服务商拓展目标与计划，扩充智能云的业务合作，商机来源，交付能力和产品能力。
3. 通过线上、线下拓展手段、持续产出优质服务商并建立合作。
4. 负责负责维系服务商关系，并积极落实合作伙伴政策和计划，符合集团生态管理流程和要求
5. 负责发现和挖掘更多的商业合作模式和机会，并能够提出有效的落实建议
6. 支持与合作伙伴的技术或业务交流
7. 策划并组织大型合作伙伴活动
8. 持续探索并优化生态合作伙伴计划，适应急速变化的市场需求

任职要求
1.    了解云/AI市场，了解相关业务及产品趋势，5年以上云/AI相关工作经验
2.    实操过多个大型生态合作伙伴管理
3.    有混合云/AI/智能算力经验优先
4.    良好的逻辑思维能力、市场分析能力、沟通能力、自驱力，擅长沟通及团队协作，具备强烈的好奇心；
5.    流利的英文听说读写能力优先。
6.    具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，可以与研发、产品、售前、营销、销售等团队高效合作。
7.    能够在快节奏的环境中工作，并适应技术和市场的快速变化。
