About the Role

岗位：营销员渠道人才储备岗

业务策略与规划：基于所在分公司整体业务策略，制定机构中长期业务规划、布局与战术打法，推动机构业务快速、高质及可持续成长；业绩达成：有效分解关键业绩指标、把控业务节奏，坚定落地与执行，确保业务目标的达成；建设关键业务能力：搭建、优化基础业务经营平台，打造可扩展以支持未来机构升级的业务体系；客户导向：明晰中国区客户策略与客户分层在当地的实际应用与落地，带领团队为客户提供全面、专业的保障及健康服务，成为客户信赖的合作伙伴；文化、组织和团队：落实并深耕机构内外勤文化建设、机构队伍发展与管理、核心人才的选拔发展及辅导，以及以人才培养为目的地内部轮岗体系；属地化外部监管管理与关系维护：与所在城市的监管机构、行业协会、其他相关保险机构、媒体和其他利益相关者建立强有力的、相互信任的关系；落实合规风险与属地化承责：了解合规及风险管理原则及要求，预判风险并将风险与合规制度贯彻到所在城市日常经营管理中,承担起风控合规的属地责任。
