The Position【職務内容】弊社製品（免疫・生化学・遺伝子・病理検査関連の試薬、機器、プログラムなど）の薬事申請担当者として以下の業務を行っていただきます。製品導入関連部署と連携して、合理的な薬事導入戦略を立案するPMDA相談等の実施、行政（厚労省、PMDA）担当者との折衝を通して、論理的かつ効率的な医療機器（プログラム医療機器を含む）、体外診断用医薬品の製造販売の許認可申請および取得を遂行する社内での薬事関連業務（Global Regulatory Teamとの連携、包材・各種資料の確認など）の実施ジュニアスタッフの人財育成

【求める経験】医療機器（プログラム医療機器の経験であれば尚可）あるいは体外診断用医薬品の薬事申請業務の経験（3年以上）を有すること。経験年数とともに職責を広げ、業務を自律的・主体的に進め、成果を上げた経験。

【求める知識・スキル】薬事関連法規に関する一般的な知識。生化学、生物学、免疫学、微生物学、工学、農学又は薬学に関連する学位（同等もしくはそれ以上でも可）。生化学・免疫・遺伝子・病理検査、プログラム医療機器に関する知識があれば尚可。生化学、生物学、免疫学、微生物学、工学、農学又は薬学系の科学技術論文、データの解釈ができるスキル読み書きする英語力は必須。日常会話程度の英語力（ビジネスレベルであれば尚可）。論理的な思考力および文章構成力。業務を自律的・主体的に進めることができるリーダーシップ。関連部署とのコミュニケーション力、調整能力。薬事スペシャリストとしてのパッション。海外関連部署を含め、他部門とのコミュニケーションを積極的に取り、建設的な発想を論理的、合理的な思考で実現することができる方を求めています。ヘルスケアのリーディングカンパニーで薬事スペシャリストとして活躍できるポジションです。ロシュ・グローバルとの繋がりも密接であり、グローバルなキャリアを望む方にも、社内留学制度など、グローバル・キャリア・パスをサポートする体制が整備されています。
