Job Duties:職務の内容

プロジェクトリーダーあるいはプロジェクトメンバーとして新製品の設計開発業務を行うマーケティングなど当社他部門及びビジネスパートナーと連携し、製品化に向けたプロジェクトを推進プロジェクトスケジュールの立案と実行製品設計、設計検証、設計妥当性確認等の製品開発の実施製品開発に関わるDHF、QMS関連文書の作成と管理顧客、取引先との打合せ製造部門への設計移管海外R&D、海外ビジネスパートナーとのコミュニケーション製品導入、輸出のための法的要求事項への対応勤務地は静岡県袋井市のカーディナルヘルス株式会社袋井R&Dセンター

Knowledge/Skills Requirements：望ましいスキル等

製品設計開発経験（5年程度）を有する、あるいは設計開発関連知識を有する

臨床を理解し、顧客と対話でき、ニーズの仮説を組み立て検証が可能である

医療機器メーカーでキャリアを築いた方が望ましい（研究職/開発職/工場エンジニア、等）

医療機器設計開発や薬事に関わる知識、プラスチック加工に関わる知識を有することが望ましい

プラスチック加工、押出、射出成形、化学、生物、機械、電気系のいずれかの知見・経験を有することが望ましい（専門は不問）

英語でのコミュニケーションに前向きに取り組めることが望ましい（TOEIC 700点程度以上歓迎）

What Product Engineering contributes to Cardinal Health

Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.

Product Engineering is responsible for developing iterations, modifying, implementing and supporting existing products that function within the product families through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experienceBA, BS or equivalent experience in related field
