• 支持校园招聘各个环节的工作开展
• 支持校园招聘线上线下活动的开展
• 维护收集各招聘网站发布的校招信息,确保数据的准确性
• 协助进行雇主品牌形象的打造和维护相关工作;(不限于公司内网,微信,企微、校园,公共媒体信息发布)
• 进行校园招聘中的群运营,对同学提出的问题进行解答
• 支持人力资源部门安排的其他临时性工作
任职要求:
• 理工科专业、人力资源管理相关专业、工商管理或新闻等专业在读本科或研究生均可
• 熟悉MS办公软件Word,Excel,PowerPoint,AI常用应用
• 良好的人际沟通能力与团队合作意识
• 有强烈的责任感,工作积极主动,拥有快速学习能力
• 做事有条不紊,谨慎,关注细节
实习时间:
• 一周保证至少3天实习时间; 能实习三个月优先

Location:Beijing (NO. 7 Zhonghuan Road South, Wangjing, Chaoyang District)
Responsibilities:
• Support and coordinate campus recruitment process;
• Support campus recruiting online/onsite activities;
• Collecting、Reporting and maintaining recruitment statistics to ensure accuracy and qualities of hiring duties;
• Branding and enhancing company profile via intranet, Wechat, UR or other public advertising tools.
• Manage groups for campus recruiting and answer the questions in groups.
• Other temperate tasks assigned by HR department, if any.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• Major in Engineering relatives, Human Resource, Business or Journalism.
• Be familiar with MS office ( Word, Excel, PPT), AI applications etc.
• Open-minded, willing to be a good team player and sense of contributing.
• Motivated and willing to learn in an efficient way.
• Details-driven.
Internship Duration
• At least 3 days a week, three months of internship is preferred
