To find out more visit www.lenovo.com , and read about the latest news via ourStoryHub (https://news.lenovo.com/) . **Description and Requirements** **岗位职责：** 1. 合规政策执行与落地。配合部门管理层，落实集团的贸易合规要求。根据公司贸易合规政策和流程，支持研发、销售、采购、服务和投资等场景的日常交易的合规性审核，为联想中国区各个销售组织提供日常项目贸易合规咨询， 确保实际业务实际操作符合出口管制和经济制裁相关法规。 2. 维护、管理与优化合规筛查系统。维护、更新合规数据库。收集日常运作与合规系统操作的具体问题，将操作层面的问题和难点反馈至主管合规经理，协助优化合规系统与完善筛查系统流程指引。协助主管合规经理向合规运营团队人员提供合规法律相关培训。 3. 协助出口管制分类工作。协助贸易合规产品归类专家对联想集团各产品线不同商品、组件、软件的出口管制法管辖权评估与出口管制编码分类工作。 4. 其他支持性工作。支持合规经理开展对于业务的合规培训、跟进合规筛查系统与业务系统对接、参与大型项目评估等工作，了解并学习公司业务、流程与系统。 **岗位要求：** 专业背景： 1. 法学本科或硕士学位； 2. 1-2年从事进出口管制或经济制裁相关工作的经验，熟悉中美出口管制、经济制裁与反制裁相关法律法规。 语言与能力： 1. 英语流利，能够作为日常工作语言，具备清晰的书面及口头表达能力； 2. 具有较强的执行力、责任心和团队合作能力。 优先条件： 1. 海外留学或有相关进出口管制与制裁合规工作经验者优先； 2. 对法律科技、项目管理或数字化工具感兴趣者优先。 综合素质： 1. 具有快速学习能力，能够在短时间内掌握公司合规政策并应用于实际工作； 2. 抗压能力强，能够在快节奏环境下保持高效工作； 3. 善于沟通与协调，能够有效处理跨部门事务。 **Additional Locations** : * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing） * China * China - Beijing * China - Beijing - 北京（Beijing）
