About the Role
监管报送数据开发和EAST系统建设工作职责：
1、业务口径解读沟通
与业务用户、BA沟通监管下发的数据项的业务口径；
分析各业务系统新增业务、变更业务对监管数据项的影响；
2、技术口径解读沟通
与各上游IT解读沟通业务口径,最终转化为技术口径；
指导和协助团队内其他成员解读上游IT提供的技术口径；
3、监管底座开发
负责设计监管底座的技术方案
负责推动技术方案的程序化工作的实施，根据监管需求自动生成符合监管要求的数据项；
负责跟踪和控制监管底座实施的进度，确保按照计划生成监管底座数据；
4、质量检核规则的设计开发
根据监管报送模型解读监管新增数据质量规则，设计自动化检核程序；
根据监管报送模型结合我司业务场景梳理监管存量规则，及时更新自动化检核程序；
5、监管底座及质量规则测试
支持系统、业务用户对监管底座及规则的测试及问题分析；
6、技术口径归档
设计监管底座运维规范，维护监管底座的技术口径文档；
任职要求：
8年以上的数据库开发经验;
熟悉银行/保险监管数据上报模型;
有3年以上保险行业监管报送开发经验；
大型项目管理经验，跨多部门，有银行/保险业监管数据治理经验优先
至少参与过2个大型数据仓库/大数据/数据治理项目的经验；
熟练掌握oracle,SQL SERVER及mysql等数据库知识,熟练掌握性能优化，有大数据优化的经验的优先。
熟练掌握至少一种ETL工具。
熟练掌握linux的使用。
熟练掌握报告工具的开发。
精通数据建模，元数据管理,熟练掌握至少一种建模工具
