The Position职位概述
负责专业诊断部数字整合营销活动、线上市场营销活动的执行和成效监测。
主要工作职责
1)数字化Campaign 执行和成效监测:
协调各部门、基于业务及客户需求,落地营销Campaign。合作产品市场团队制定并执行营销活动。整合线上线下渠道资源来持续优化campaign落地执行。与市场部及数字化营销团队共同衡量营销活动质量。2)线上营销内容产出及社交媒体平台运维:
根据市场策略产出年度内容策略及计划。利用总部及亚太内容资源,落地中国市场。与罗氏诊断跨部门团队及三方资源产出内容来助力业务发展及品牌认知度。内外部微信矩阵平台的日常运维,并追踪内容的市场表现及客户反馈。3)持续改进活动创新
4)主管经理指派的其他任务
5)遵循罗氏所有合规要求,包括但不限于罗氏信息安全,罗氏商业中的行为,罗氏竞争法互动对话,罗氏安全健康环境等,合法合理开展业务活动;了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责(详见SHE手册相关定义)
任职资格
本科以上市场、广告或相关专业学历;熟练掌握英语口语及书面表达。具有数字平台、数字化工具相关的数据追踪与分析能力(例如:微信、微网站、网页、powerBI、数据中台等平台工具);有SCRM, SEO/SEM, 新媒体运营经验;IT相关技能为加分项。相关领域相关行业8年以上工作经验体现罗氏的价值观:真诚,勇气,激情遵循罗氏运营准则根据所在职能部门的岗位要求,具备这个角色所需的必要技能Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
