Launch and realization of new project from technology view based on current HT machines and potential machines Potential HT new machines/ new process study ang test Technical check, test and tryout for outsourcing of HT process Continuous improvement for HT process/ HT fixture/quality/safety/cost Standard work instruction for the HT manufacturing  Problems solving for quality, safety, efficiency from technical view 您的任职资格 More than 5 years experience in heat treatment manufacturing with bachelor Good communication and coordination skill
