您的主要职责 Realizes development, implementation and optimization of production technology for production of new and existing Schaeffler products. Develop, validate and implement production technologies. Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness. Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools. Validate machines and tools. Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting). Development of new technologies and set-up technical basics for production processes for technology Joining, Screwing, Riveting Responsible for feasibility assessment and a series-appropriate design Establishes Manufacturing process flow and work instruction. Create and update manufacturing standard procedure, which defines specific manufacturing processes. Technology projects (starting with the selection of the technology and machine set-up to the support start of serial production) Perform performance tests and operational trials 您的任职资格 Bachelor degree or above, preferable in engineering or business related Experience in working with people with different culture Familiar with product manufacturing process Knowledge about: SAP Project management experience preferred
