1. 成本估算与预算编制：
（1）为国际建设项目准备详细的成本估算和预算。
（2）审查和验证承包商和供应商的成本提案。
（3）监控项目预算，确保遵守成本计划，并识别潜在的成本超支。
2. 成本控制与分析：
（1）定期进行成本审查和分析，提供项目成本绩效的见解。
（2）识别成本节约机会，并提出成本降低建议。
（3）准备成本差异报告，并分析成本趋势。
3. 合同管理：
（1）参与合同谈判，确保成本效益高的条款和条件。
（2）管理合同变更和差异，评估其财务影响。
（3）监控合同合规性和绩效。
4. 风险管理：
（1）识别和评估与国际项目相关的成本风险。
（2）制定和实施风险缓解策略。
（3）监控风险绩效，并向管理层提供更新。
5. 报告与沟通：
（1）准备并向高级管理层呈现成本报告和分析。
（2）向项目团队、承包商和利益相关者传达成本信息和建议。
（3）与内部和外部各方联络，解决成本相关问题。
6. 合规与标准：
（1）确保遵守国际造价工程标准和实践。
（2）保持对相关法规、规范和标准的最新了解。
7. 采购管理：
（1）熟悉工程类采购管理体系架构。
（2）能够参与并支持采购招投标相关工作。
岗位要求 ：
1. 教育背景：工程学、建设管理、造价工程或相关领域的学士学位。
2. 工作经验：至少5年国际造价工程经验，有成功交付项目的良好记录。
3. 专业资格：持有造价工程师认证或其他相关专业认证者优先。
4. 技术技能：
（1）熟练使用造价工程软件工具（如Primavera Cost Management、Microsoft Project等）。
（2）强大的分析和问题解决能力。
（3）能够阅读和理解施工图纸和规范。
5. 语言技能：中文，英文流利
6. 软技能：
（1）出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
（2）能够在压力下工作并达成目标。
（3）细致严谨，具备良好的组织能力。
（4）能够独立工作并作为团队的一员具备协作精神。
