YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

达成年度财务指标。独立管理且与战略渠道伙伴(SCPs)合作，落实商务政策并跟进业务进展。独立管理拜耳战略零售商(BSRs)网络，并为大型种植者提供优质服务。独立落实需求拉动工作的计划与执行。独立开发并落实商业计划，及时、准确预测消耗进展，规划业务机会和风险并主动采取行动。管理个人差旅及宣传推广费用的计划与执行。及时报告投诉事件并协助相关调查工作。
