Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive regional and national customer plans aligned with brands strategies, ensuring actionable and logical analysis.Collaborate seamlessly with retail sales and Bus’ central MKT teams to implement channel plans, including new product launches and promotional activations.Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Closely monitor and track the progress of all channel activations, continuously optimizing ROI.Provide market and shopper insights through regular market and customer visits to inform long-term strategy setting.Resource Allocation and Budget Management:
Allocate resources and control budgets according to market prioritization, ensuring actual costs align with budgets and effectiveness.Sales Leadership and Team Development:
Lead and manage nationwide sales activities to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and profits.Build a strong sales force with professional competence, fostering a healthy working environment and developing new sales networks.Build national and regional key account sales management team, streamline the matrix sales process.Lead and guide a sales professional team, providing training and development opportunities to improve team performance. Maintain talent and decrease team turnover rate.Stakeholder and Channel Management:
Manage key opinion leaders and decision-makers in both distributors and pharmacy settings to enhance company image and support sales processes.Oversee nationwide retail channel operations and customers (NKA, RKA, B2B, O2O), including distribution development and management.Develop strategies for geographic expansion and monitor results.Compliance and Ethical Standards:
Establish policies and procedures to ensure sales activities meet company compliance requirements.Control selling budgets within limitations, ensuring higher productivity.Business Development:
Manage major B2B and online group clients nationwide, focusing on market coverage, product repurchase rates, new product development, and overall business achievement.Track national and regional key account development, as well as B2B online customer sales and data, providing valuable insights for management and teams.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above; advanced degrees preferred.12+ years of pharmacy retail market management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.Excellent data analysis ability, keen business sensitivity, analytical ability, and strategic thinking.Result-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.Fluency in both Chinese and English.Core Competencies:
