商业分析师（BA）职位描述一、岗位职责我们正在寻找一位具备深厚专业知识与技能的商业分析师，加入我们充满活力的团队。该岗位要求应聘者拥有计算机、统计学、应用数学、信息管理系统专业或相关专业的本科及以上学历，以确保具备坚实的理论基础。二、技能要求

数据处理能力：需熟练掌握 SQL 语句，能够高效地进行数据提取、清洗与分析，从海量数据中挖掘有价值的信息。 开发能力：掌握至少一种前端或后端开发语言，如 Java、Python、JavaScript 等，以实现数据可视化或参与系统开发工作，熟悉 Python 语言者将优先考虑。 软技能：具备良好的沟通及表达能力，能清晰地与团队成员、客户沟通复杂的业务逻辑；拥有出色的逻辑思维能力，能迅速梳理业务流程，找出问题根源；具备优秀的文档编写能力，确保项目文档的规范与完整。同时，对数字敏感，能够精准分析数据背后的商业意义。

三、工作态度要有较强的责任心，积极主动承担工作任务；具备团队合作精神，善于与不同背景的人员协作；能够从容应对工作压力，在快节奏的环境中高效完成任务。
