Job Description

Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the results of the project work according to the project agreement
with the target definitions of:
-Technique/specification
-Development costs
-Product costs
-Schedules
-Quality
Main responsibilities
-Systematically handling RPP projects management towards RPP target
-Lead RPP idea generation, feasibility study, business case calculation
-Set up and maintenance of a project organization with defined communication and reporting
-Lead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the project
-Plan, tune and control the project phases and the product samples
-Specify ME requirements, freeze current requirements status and review
-Perform Mechanical Engineering (platform)
-Plan sample design in different phases
-Define activities for ME release
-Define, estimate work packages and create time schedule
-Prepare and Establish Project Management Plan, refine Project Management Plan and get approval
-Monitor, control and update project plans
-Establish product target costing
-Setup project cost controlling
-Manage Change Requests, project risks, and problems
-Prepare review
-Prepare sample build, procure samples

Qualifications

Education and working experience
-Bachelor (7 years+) or master's degree (5 years+) in mechanic engineering, automotive engineering or related fields

Technical knowhow
-Has certain technical understanding on plastic/metal material and process, PCB and PCB connection technology and assembly process
-Has certain knowhow/experience on product cost calculation
-Has product development engineering process experience. or engineering ratio project experience

-Fluent English communication skill is required
-Resilient and self-motivated
-Can handle tough questions, discussions and groups.
-Quickly finds common ground to solve problems and resolve differences.

-Strong PM leadership skills
-Continuously verifies and validates that requirements and scope are met
-Drives benefits-oriented scope and requirements management with team and other stakeholders
-Applies compelling indicators for proactively steering to project success and managing deviations on the way.
-Shows proactive decision-making even in complex and critical situations for maximizing project benefits.
-Implements tactics, targets, and strategy in daily work. Thinks one step ahead.
-Proactively applies knowledge and skills to identify gaps in value delivery chain to satisfy customer needs.
-Proactively identifies, prioritize, communicate with and integrate relevant (both external & internal) stakeholders
-Actively applies effective communication strategies
-Has a good understanding of the cost-benefit-ratio of threats and opportunities
-Able to join technical discussion with expert, and explain technical topic with customers

Certification
-PMP certified, NPDP as a plus
