岗位职责:

协助部门负责人策划、组织和实施公司战略项目,负责从项目启动至收尾的全过程管理,确保项目按时、按质、按量完成; 协助公司管理层定义项目目标和可交付结果,制定项目计划,监督项目进展情况; 进行有效的市场研究和分析,识别机会和风险; 监控项目进展,及时识别并解决项目中出现的问题和风险,确保项目顺利进行; 向利益相关者提出商业案例、项目计划和进度报告; 协调跨职能团队,确保项目和各项活动的信息对齐和资源整合,与其他相关部门沟通协作,维护良好的合作关系; 根据项目需求,组织和策划各类工作坊、会议和演示,推动项目成功; 管理项目预算,控制项目成本,提升项目的经济收益,为公司管理层决策提供数据支持; 根据要求,完成公司及上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求:

1. 大学本科及以上学历,工商管理、金融、经济学等相关专业为佳
2. 5年以上金融保险行业工作经验,3 年以上战略规划和项目管理经验,有成功的项目案例
3. 熟悉保险(和/或资产管理)、金融行业的市场知识
4. 熟悉保险公司的商业模式、治理体系、组织与结构、业务与产品等
5. 精通项目管理相关专业技能和项目管理工具
6. 流利的中英文口头和书面表达
