1.Responsible for Project Material Request Planning, attend project QG meeting & other regular meeting;

2.Responsible for order fulfillment process containing RFQ, price analysis and comparison, price negotiation, order placement and delivery tracking;

负责订单实现过程，询价，价格分析和比较，价格谈判，下单，交期追踪；

3.Cooperate with quality function to improve supplier performance and roll out supplier development program to achieve department target

与质量部门合作改进供应商业绩表现，开展供应商发展活动以达成部门目标；

4.Rollout and execute cost saving project;

1.Perferred bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering;

机械工程专业本科学历优先；

2.preferred for 3 years above machining parts purchase related work experience

3年以上机加工采购相关工作经验者优先；

3.Strong knowledge in machining process and method, as turning, milling, grinding, wire cut, EDM, etc.

熟悉零件机械加工工艺和方法，如车、铣、磨、线切割、放电加工等通用工艺；

4.Familiar with price breakdown and analysis to identify potential cost improve element;

熟悉成本细分和分析，识别潜在成本干；

5.Master on drawing reading, dimension and geometrical tolerance theory and inspection method;

精通机械图纸识读，零件尺寸和几何量公差理论及检测方法；

6.Good communication skills with cross function departments and vendors, good reporting and presentation skills with sufficient material;

良好的跨部门和供应商沟通表达能力，良好的报告和陈述能力；

7.Working proactive and initiative, team-work cooperation awareness as first;

工作积极主动，团队合作意识强；

8.Works well under pressure, able to prioritize workload;
